Unpredictable rainfall patterns, recurring droughts, and severe floods are altering the region’s landscape—damaging infrastructure, threatening food security, and displacing vulnerable communities. These changes call for urgent, coordinated responses that strengthen resilience and promote sustainable solutions for the people of the Horn of Africa.
