Horn of Africa-Groundwater for Resilience HoA- G4R (P174867)

Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) will implement regional components of the HoA- GW4R Project (174867) (the Project), with the involvement of the IGAD Member States (Djibouti, Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan and Uganda). The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association (hereinafter the Bank) acting as a trustee for Cooperation in International Waters in Africa (CIWA), has agreed to provide financing for the Project. The component of the Project for which IGAD has implementation responsibility is hereafter referred to in this ESCP as the IGAD Component.
