The Executive Secretary of IGAD, Eng Mahboub Maalim, has signed Memorandum of Understanding with the Director General of Regional Center for Mapping and Resources for Development (RCMRD), Mr. Hussein Farah.

RCMRD is an Inter-Governmental organizational which promotes the development and use of Geo-Information and and Information Technology, in the sustainable development of Africa, by assisting in human resources and institutional capacity buiding.
