Planning Coordination & Partnerships

The mandate of the Planning Coordination and Partnerships Division (PCPD) is to provide strategic guidance and leadership to IGAD’s corporate planning, coordination, monitoring and evaluation, reporting and Partnership functions of the Organization. The division supports and coordinate the implementation of IGAD priority programs and projects to ensure that the set goals and objectives of IGAD’s vision and mission are realized. The division also coordinates the implementation of IGAD’s institutional strengthening programme, risk management, quality management and building strategic partnerships with development partners and facilitating implementation of IGAD’s resource mobilization agenda.
