Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) is a specialized Institution that is mandated to issues related to drought resilience, peace and security and economic cooperation as a prerequisite for economic integration of the countries in the horn of Africa; (Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Somalia, Sudan, and South Sudan).
We are pleased to inform you that your firm has been selected to participate in provision of the Consultancy to Develop a Holistic Knowledge Management System for Preventive Diplomacy and Mediation.

The firm proposal shall include the following:
I. Company profile.
II. Organization and Methodology
III. Key experts (including templates for the summary list of key experts and their CVs).
IV. Budget breakdown (Financial Proposal)
(2) The Proposals must be submitted in two files copy (Technical & Financial) Proposals separately.
