November 16, 2021(DJIBOUTI, Djibouti): The Executive Secretary of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD ), Dr Workneh Gebeyehu condemns the terrorist attack in Kampala this morning . He extends his heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and to the Government and people of Uganda and wishes a speedy recovery to the injured.
The Executive Secretary supports the Government of Uganda in its fight against terrorism within principles of rule of law and respect for human rights.
