Regional Review and Validation of the IGAD Migration Action Plan
IGAD will convene technical experts on Migrations from all the Member States and other development partners to review and validate the draft IGAD Migration Action Plan (MAP). The MAP aims at strengthening coordination on migration management within the IGAD region by adopting an all-encompassing strategy that promotes safe, orderly, and regular migration within the IGAD region. The MAP is the implementation tool of the Regional Migration Policy Framework (2012).
