Capacity Building on Principles of International Protection and Refugee Status Determination Processes for Kenya’s Department for Refugee Services (DRS)
The training aims to equip officials from Kenya’s Department for Refugee Services (DRS) with the necessary skills and knowledge to conduct thorough and accurate RSD assessments. By building this capacity, the training will help ensure that refugee status determinations are conducted in a fair, efficient, and consistent manner across the region. This training is designed to enhance the capacity of IGAD Member States in implementing the IGAD Policy Framework on Refugee Protection by providing technical support for refugee status determination (RSD).
