IGAD Executive Secretary Inaugurates Medical Unit

In order to provide the IGAD Secretariat with a medical unit, the IGAD Executive Secretary inaugurated medical services for IGAD staff at the clinic run by Dr. Aboubaker Elmi Houdon.

 The Executive Secretary noted modern equipment that will allow the staff of the regional organization appropriate medical follow-up. This medical unit will contribute to a better management of the sick days which will be under the informed authority of Dr. Houdon.

 It will also allow for more efficient management of medical insurance coverage.

 The Executive Secretary took part in a medical check up exercise to mark the beginning of the work and did not fail to highlight the many years of experience of the practitioner.
