Intergovernmental Authority on Development Special Mission to Somalia (ISMS) intends to award the contract for the Provision of Expertise to Support the IGAD Special Mission to Somalia to Undertake a Conflict Sensitivity Analysis and Strategies for Mainstreaming Cross-Cutting Issues for Its Project.
