The InterGovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) is seeking to construct a spacious permanent headquarter office premises to be located in its vacant plot which is about 1 hectare parcel of land, located on the way to the Ambouli International Airport of Djibouti.
The scope of the services to be provided include:
• Coming up with a layout for office, conference hall, recreation, guest house and housing for the Executive Secretary
• Preparing sketches and models for the buildings
• Getting the necessary approvals from the City authorities
• Any other related services.
IGAD now invites eligible firms with the requisite experience to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide evidence indicating that they have experiences and qualified experts to perform the services as follows:
• Preparing Architectural and Engineering drawings
• Architectural and Engineering Contracting procedures including tender document preparation, costing and Contract Administration, and Supervision
• Technical and managerial capacity of the firm. (Provide only the structure of the organization, general qualifications and number of key staff and their area of specialization. Do not provide CV of staff.)

Expression of interest should be clearly marked with the following statements
