Nov. 27, 2019 (DJIBOUTI, Djibouti): On the occasion of his appointment as Executive Secretary of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD), H.E. Dr Workneh Gebeyehu, received a congratulations letter from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey, H.E. Mr. Mevlut Cavusoglu.
‘I look forward to working with Your Excellency on furthering our cooperation with a view to improve security and prosperity in the Horn of Africa in the period ahead,’ the Minister said in his letter before wishing Dr Gebeyehu full success in his endeavours.
