The Executive Secretary of IGAD, Eng Mahboub Maalim has sent a congratulatory message to President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni on the occasion of Uganda’s 49th Independence Anniversary.
“On behalf of IGAD Secretariat and on my behalf I wish to convey my congratulations to you and through you to the government and people of the Republic of Uganda,” he said.
