The Executive Secretary has met with the Ambassador of Japan to Ethiopia, H.E. Mr. Kinichi Komano and discussed with him issues of development and cooperation between IGAD and the government of Japan. As a member of IGAD Partners Forum, Ambassador Komano, told the Executive Secretary the determination of Japan to work with IGAD on many fronts including development projects and technology.
