The Executive Secretary of IGAD, Ambassador Mahboub Maalim, received today at his office Ambassador Mohamed Moussa Chehem former Minister of Agriculture and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Djibouti. In the early eighties when the leaders of the region decided to establish IGAD Ambassador Chehem was then the Minister of Agriculture, one of the focal ministers of the organization.
