REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
CONSULTANCY SERVICES A STUDY TO DEVELOP
A REGIONAL TRANSPORT & ICT POLICY FOR THE IGAD REGION
Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) has got budget from Joint Financing Agreement (JFA) towards the cost of IGAD Regional Capacity Building and it intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services.
The service includes a Study to develop a Regional Transport & ICT Policy for the IGAD Region.
IGAD invites expressions of interest from qualified and experienced individual consultants to undertake the above mentioned services which are further detailed in the Tender Document for this assignment. The successful consultant will be selected in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Procurement and Grants Manual, issued July 2012. A Tender Document will be sent to interested and Short listed consultants for the service.
