The Executive Secretary of IGAD, Eng. Mahboub Maalim, welcomed to the Secretariat H.E. Amb. Hussein AlAmin Alfadel, the Ambassador of The Republic of Sudan to Djibouti. The Ambassador and the Executive Secretary talked about issues of regional importance.

Amb. Hussein AlAmin Alfadel replaces Ambassador Hassan Eisa El-Talib who is now the Ambassador of the Republic of Sudan to India.
