The Canadian Ambassador to Djibouti, H.E. Michéle Lévesque, made a working visit to the IGAD Secretariat. Acting director of Administration and Finance, Mr. Bwango Apuuli welcomed the ambassador to the IGAD headquarters, Djibouti and briefed her about the works of the organization. H.E.
