The purpose of contract is to conclude a framework contract(s) with service provider(s) to provide travel, conference and event; and translation and interpretation services to the IGAD PSD and its units in IGAD Member and Non-member States.

The procurement will be organized in three (3) lots for: Travel, event management and translation and interpretation services.
11. Legal basis
Regulation (EU) N°236/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2014 laying down common rules and procedures for the implementation of the Union’s instruments for financing external action.
